We are continually looking for the right people to work with the young people in our care. Anyone wishing to make a difference will have the relevant knowledge, experience, understanding and skills to support them to thrive and succeed.

Ideally you will have a Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in working with Children and Young People. However, if you have no formal qualifications but possess the right attitude and approach, we would like to hear from you. In return we will offer you competitive terms and conditions, training opportunities and reflective supervision sessions.
